2. Return the Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We will cover for the shipping costs.
3. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect. If confirmed, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement item based on your preference. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
